All jewelry sales are final. No refunds will be issued. However, your item(s) may be returned for an exchange if damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) are shipped. Should you receive any damaged, defective, or wrong item(s), you must return the merchandise within 7 days from the received date for an exchange. Additionally, to be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any item that is damaged due to manufacturer's defect within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, you will be responsible for any repair costs incurred. We do not cover repair costs for normal wear and tear or damage.

Return Shipping (for Return, Repair & Exchange)
To return your item(s), you should first send us an email at email@example.com
for authorization. Once you receive a return authorization from us, you must mail your item(s) to the address provided by us through our email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
